Technical Steering Committee
The Committee consists of Biologists, Engineers and Representatives from the Kings River Conservation District, Kings River Water Association and the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife. They provide technical support to the Executive Policy Committee and oversee approved habitat projects, monitoring regimes and scientific studies. It is the duty of the Technical Steering Committee to regularly report the progress of program implementation to the governing Executive Policy Committee.
Public Advisory Group
The Public Advisory Group (PAG) was formed under the Fisheries Management Program’s Framework Agreement. It is made up of representatives of the fly-fishing public. The PAG members review plans and activities and bring ideas and proposals to the Fisheries Management Program.
The PAG meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Kings River Conservation District office, 4886 E. Jensen Ave., Fresno 93725.
